Navigation on Lake Neuchâtel and Morat
The Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Morat navigation company operates the navigation between Yverdon-les-Bains, Neuchâtel and Morat all year round. An indispensable partner for gourmet outings, bike trips and romantic excursions.
The Lake Neuchâtel, Lake Morat and Lake Bienne navigation company runs in any weather all year round. It stops at 35 landing stages: towns, villages, beaches and Ile St-Pierre, where Jean-Jacques Rousseau used to stay. During a lake crossing or sailing along the shores, the view from the lake is as splendid as it is surprising because it is is gentle and wild at the same time.
Boats run more frequently in summer. As the boats transport bikes free of charge, wonderful outings on the innumerable cycling tracks along the shores can be organised. Thematic cruises are also proposed, such as the three lakes tour, gourmet cruises or night outings. On National Day on August 1, the navigation company proposes a firework outing during which visitors can enjoy the fireworks organised by the lakeside villages. The company’s nine boats offer a capacity of 3,500 seats, 1,000 of which are with restaurant facilities.
Timetables and bookings are available from the tourist office in Yverdon-les-Bains or at the landing stage at the park Rives du Lac.
