Located between the Alps and Lake Geneva, the castle of Aigle has had its home in the heart of a renowned vineyard since the 12th century. It accommodates the Wine Museum as well as four reception rooms for exceptional events.
The majestic silhouette of Aigle Castle has risen above the Chablais vineyard since the end of the 12th century. The former residence of the knights of Aigle and, later the governors of Berne, the castle houses the Museum of Wine, a fun and interactive museum.
The castle offers many activities for children, families or groups. They include quizzes, treasure hunts, theme birthdays, guided tours and wine tasting sessions at winegrowers’ estates: there's no shortage of opportunities!
The four magnificent castle rooms offer exceptional settings for private events such as weddings, birthdays and banquets, or for professional events such as seminars, company meals or team building activities.
The restaurant called “La Pinte du Paradis” serves inventive meals in a refined and cordial atmosphere. Its terrace above the vineyards is the ideal place to taste the wines from the region.
