Brasserie Le Vaudois

Brasserie Le Vaudois

This traditional restaurant on Place de la Riponne in Lausanne has existed since 1949 and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Guests feel at home in this cordial restaurant where they can enjoy excellent meals that are available every day and throughout the day.

Brasserie Le Vaudois is reputed for its traditional and typical dishes: cheese fondue moitié-moitié, fondue bourguignonne, and cabbage sausage with Papet Vaudois. In autumn, game dishes delight the fans of these specialties.

Guests can choose between the traditionally decorated French basserie-type dining room and the terrace offering a view of a lively quarter with its market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Meals are available at any time of day, indoors or outdoors. Four different menus are available each week. The desserts include fresh pâtisserie of the day. Delightful!
