The yearly congress of the Swiss backers-confectioners association will gather in Lausanne from 25 to 27 June 2017 about 400 participants, from whom sections and associations of the field as well as members of the association will be meeting up. The program is made of culinary and cultural activities in order to discover the city of Lausanne but also of exchanges between professionals of the field.
