“Generous, original and exciting”: this is how the partners of the Hôtel de Ville of Le Sentier describe the cuisine of their restaurant Le Comptoir du Boeuf. As its name suggests, meat matured on the bone takes pride of place in this restaurant. It is served as tartare based on creative recipes or on hot stones with seasonal vegetables and garnishes.

The menu also offers a variety of dishes, using regional products in order to highlight the local and regional suppliers.

The restaurant also has a fully equipped seminar room (internet connection, video projector, paperboard...).
