With more than 15 hectares of cumulated vineyards, Michel and Jean-François Dizerens vinify three ranges of about thirty different wines. The two men receive their visitors every Saturday morning at the Moulin estate in Lutry.
Michel and Jean-François Dizerens are proud of their expertise of the Lavaux vineyard and display it with passion. Indeed, they manage two of the most beautiful terroirs of the region: the estates of Crausaz and Montagny. The two buildings, one a stately manor of the 16th century, the other a castle of the 10th century, seem to float between the sky and Lake Geneva. The Crausaz estate welcomes wine tasters on the last two Saturdays of the month of May as well as groups by appointment, whereas Montagny has preserved the castle’s old oak barrels, in which the grapes receive a unique flavour that yields wines with very pleasant minerality.
Their third place of work, the Moulin estate, is a historical family estate and the place where most of the family’s wines are vinified. This is also where visitors are warmly received every Saturday morning from 9 AM to noon to taste the many wines of the Dizerens family. During these charming moments of sharing, the wines of the “Tradition”, “Specialties” and “Collection Z” ranges are served to wine fans who take delight in these character vintages that regularly win awards, both the reds and the whites.
