It is possible to climb the 365 steps to the top of the 74 m high tower and discover the entire town. St Nicholas Cathedral has a rich architectural setting. The main portal is adorned with a low relief depicting the Last Judgement.

The stained-glass windows, created by the Polish painter Jozef Mehoffer between 1896 and 1936, constitutes one of the most important collections on the European continent in the field of religious Art Nouveau stained-glass windows.
