Summer or winter, Chez Gipsy is perfect for a break during a day out. This mountain restaurant offers delicious regional dishes that can be enjoyed while beholding the magic panorama from the vast sunny terrace. It also hosts private events such as banquets, family meals or seminars.
The restaurant is ideally located on the route around the Les Diablerets massif. The restaurant is accessible by cable car from La Barboleuse or by road (summer only). It is also the point of departure of several hiking or mountain biking outings. In winter, two alternatives are offered: self-service or table service. Throughout the year, several beautiful rooms await you to spend the night so you can explore more the following day.
