Producers, butchers, tradespeople: the members of the Marti family combine their know-how for the purpose of reducing intermediaries between the farmer and the consumer, between the countryside and the town. "La Ferme Gourmande" is the result of this ecological philosophy, centred on the traceability of the products. In the old Marti pig farm in Salavaux, clients find pork and beef from family farms (or other producers in the region for some of the beef) and the specialities of the house : flavoured ham on the bone in the Marti's traditional smokehouse and the new range of beef products "The Best Beef", matured on the bone.
Over and above the traditional sales, "La Ferme Gourmande" proposes a catering service of succulent grilled meat, fondues, charbonnades and tartares. The equipment required for cooking is available for renting.
