Leading from Champagne to Concise, then to Grandson thanks to the post buses, this fun journey goes from the vineyards to the medieval streets, without losing sight of the soothing lake Neuchâtel. From prehistory to the Middle Ages, the great periods of the past marked these lands with their precious remains.
Viticulture, history, geography, but also logic and observation: all types of quiz questions are automatically asked by smartphone along this course in the vineyard of Bonvillars AOC, near Yverdon-les-Bains. The only requirement is to have downloaded the free Vaud:Guide application. To complete the questions, photographic challenges and radar tests (to find a specific point with its GPS) make the route even more fun.
After crossing the stages of Champagne, Onnens, Corcelles-près-Concise and Concise, the game continues thanks to the post bus that takes walkers every hour to the Grandson medieval village. In these charming alleys, the historic monuments - the Château de Grandson and the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church - as well as the convivial Maison des Terroirs tell the story of the premises.
To boost a walk or as a field trip goal, the Vineyard Walk in Bonvillars is as appealing to individual visitors as families and groups.
