Between preserved nature and architectural heritage, this family walk allows you to discover the jewels of the village of Rougemont!
The tourist office in Rougemont is your starting point. Stroll through the streets of this charming village where you can see its typical chalets with facades several hundred years old!
Then head towards the Sarine and descend to the heart of the Rite Trail. This is where the famous Vanel gorges are located, a paradise for water sports! As you cross the river, you may see a few rafting boats speeding past under your feet.
The route then runs along the banks of the Sarine on a small gravel road. Before reaching the start of the Videmanette lift, go back up the asphalt road.
Before going up the village street, make a stop in front of the church and the castle of Rougemont. This place built by the monks of Cluny is worth a visit!
