- Do I have to spend the entire CHF 100.- at the same provider?
The “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card works like a credit card. You can therefore make payments at several partners provided the card has credit.
- How can I find out the balance of my “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card?
You can check the balance of your “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card at any time by flashing the QR code on the back of the card.
- How do I find out whether my “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card is authorised by a partner?
A list of partners can be found at myvaud.ch/partners
- What happens if my invoice amount is higher than the credit on my “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card?
If the amount is higher than the credit available on your “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card, simply pay the difference by the payment method of your choice that is authorised by the provider.
- Is the balance of my “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card paid in cash?
No change is allowed on the remaining credit of your “Vaud à la carte” prepaid card. As a reminder, this credit is available until April 18, 2021.
