The participation in the prize draw are open to any adult (over the age of 18), resident in Switzerland or abroad, with the exception of staff at the OTV. It is free of charge and is not linked to any obligation to make a purchase.
The participation in the prize draw is linked to a subscription to the leisure newsletter of the Tourist Board of the canton of Vaud.
This contest will be open from Tuesday, December 1, 2020 to Sunday, December 20, 2020 midnight, closing date.Winners will be drawn on Monday, December 21, 2020.
OTV shall treat the personal data of participants in strictest secrecy as per the data protection regulations. By their participation in the contest, participants expressly agree to their personal data being used by OTV for marketing purposes to promote our offers during and beyond the term of the contest. Each participant will be able to ask the OTV for access to their personal details or exercise their right to correction or deletion at any time. Various regulations regarding confidentiality apply to all the data circulated or published in order to prevent the publication or disclosure of any information regarded as confidential. Personal data will be used solely for the prize draw to determine the winner. The transmission of personal data to a third party is ruled out.
The winner will be notified exclusively by email sent to the address given in the sweepstakes entry form. If OTV is not able to contact the winners within a period of fourteen days as of the date of the prize draw, the winners will be considered to have refused their win and OTV will dispose of the prize as it sees fit.
The winner will be drawn at random. Prizes include the following:
- 1 Magic Pass worth CHF 899 valid until May 2, 2021
- 2 ski day passes valid until December 31, 2021 in the Vaudois resort chosen by the winner
The awarded prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash nor be the subject of any dispute. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the organisation of the prize draw and any recourse to legal proceedings is ruled out.
Within the legal limits, the OTV declines all responsibility associated with the prize draw and its organisation. It cannot be held liable in the event of connection problems to the website, for which participants bear full responsibility.
