The red brick facade reflects the warmth and hospitality enjoyed the clientele of Le Chasseur. Red, just like the meat and the remarkable wine card with specialties from here and especially elsewhere. A touch of Argentina in Allaman, and the assurance of spending an authentic moment of gourmet conviviality
Established opposite the castle of Allaman since 2000, Monica and Marcelo Fernandez have been offering Argentine terroir splendours for gourmets entering their 18th century brick building.
The original and diversified offer shows the culinary influences of chef Marcelo. This great wine fan has countless wines made from Argentine, Swiss and other grape varieties on offer. In addition to Argentine specialties, the local cuisine includes perch fillets and regional fish, frogs' legs and ultra-fresh home-made pasta. Lunch dishes are followed by combined evening menus. There is a separate card for seasonal dishes.
As soon as it is spring, a green and shady terrace provides space in addition to the cordial atmosphere in the restaurant. Restaurant du Chasseur and its 14 GaultMillau points welcomes gourmets with professionalism, with Argentine charm as a bonus!
