Gastronomy is a family history among the Brocards. Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, this restaurant has crossed generations, just like its “bistronomic” offer that keeps evolving with the addition of new flavour associations.
Set in the heart of the village of Crans-près-Céligny, the charming restaurant of Christopher and Julien Brocard stands for “home-made” and thus offers a seasonal cuisine with locally produced ingredients. In a chic “brasserie”-type decor, chef Christopher works his raw materials - be they animal or plant - sometimes combining them with Asian-style exotic herbs and spices. The result is a small but dynamic menu offer, supplemented by the menu of the day and several temporary suggestions.
The wine list also features regional products, but there are also a few suggestions from sunny Provence. The Café de l’Union was founded in 1903. It is a true village institution and has a rating of 12 GaultMillau points. Its shaded terrace welcomes gourmets who come to give their taste buds a treat in summer.
